Bexley became the most affordable Borough for rent this year

Bexley is experiencing very high demand for rental properties due to the fact that it became the cheapest Borough in terms of rents earlier in 2016. Erith became the most affordable area, with monthly rent on a two bedroom house standing at £1,045 in October.
