Moving forward with a key Croydon redevelopment

In 2013 Taberner House in Croydon town centre became vacant. The building had been the long term home of the main offices of the Borough Council but they moved to a new property on an adjacent site. The building was ultimately demolished, with completion in July 2015. Since then the area has been poised for redevelopment. Camden remains a very popular area to live in because of its character and the fantastic location. Residents in the rental sector may also be pleased to learn that the Council is one of six to sign up to a scheme piloted by the Mayor of London. Harslden could become a major transport hub

Harlsden in the London Borough of Brent has some of the best prospects of any area in the capital. It is the focus of huge regeneration work and will also become one of the major transport hubs in the capital when Crossrail and HS2 arrive. Creating new private rental homes in Barking and Dagenham

In February Barking and Dagenham Council was praised for the number of new private rental homes they had seen built in the area. The 621 created on the Gascoigne estate as part of the Reside scheme are the most in any area in the capital. With 200 more under construction and set to be finished early in 2018, the area is definitely leading the way and helping to address supply issues. Continue reading
