Brent Council looks for signs of illegal HMOs

A Dagenham redevelopment could still go forward

At the start of April 2018 proposals for a redevelopment of a former Ford Assembly plant in Dagenham did not secure planning permission. Havering Council, responsible for part of the site, threw out the plans because of concerns over the height of the development.
