Neasden is an ideal location

Neasden is located in one of the most ideal areas of the London Borough of Brent. To the west is Wembley Park and all of the wonderful amenities in the area. Dollis Hill, including the large Gladstone Park, is to the east. Brent Park and a number of highly regarded schools are to the south. New council housing for Wandsworth

Wandsworth Council is starting to do more to help ease demands for housing in the Borough. A major part of this will be the creation of new council homes. The properties will be targeted at residents currently living in overcrowded houses as well as those looking to downsize and free up larger family homes. Continue reading

Top performing state secondary schools in Sutton

The London Borough of Sutton is already popular with families but could become even more so in the near future following the last GCSE and A-level results. On the list of top ten secondary schools in Greater London, three are from the area. They are Wallington High School for Girls (10th), Nonsuch High School for Girls (9th), and Wilson’s School (4th). A potential build to rent project for Bermondsey

The Peek Frean factory sat at the centre of the Bermondsey community for over a century. Several generations of families from the area worked on the site, producing and packaging biscuits. When the site was operational sweet smells permeated the area, giving it the name “biscuit town”. Sadly the factory closed in 1989. Several plans have been revealed over the years aiming to regenerate the site. Continue reading
