Harrow has a low number of long time unoccupied properties

At the end of May it was revealed that homes worth a combined £12 billion remained empty across London. Around 21,000 had been empty for six months or more. Looking Borough by Borough, Harrow had one of the lowest numbers with just 97 unoccupied dwellings. To put this into perspective Newham scored highest with 1,318.
