For one we are the finest business offering help with estate management Merton has. Our people can do as much or as little as you want them to, therefore ensuring we fit your needs.

There are plenty of interesting places to invest in within Merton. Morden town is one of them. It’s not just the excellent travel routes that make this destination popular though. The River Wandle is here. It runs through Morden Hall, which the Natural trust owns. This itself boasts a wetlands boardwalk, snuff mill, and water wheel. There’s also a cafe, rose garden, and one of London’s prime garden centres.

Home seekers will be happy to know that there’s something here for them too. There’s an abundance of Thirties terrace, detached, and semi-detached homes. A large number also extend into the garden.

A boom that’s still helpful today

The year 1926 saw the opening of Morden Tube Station. Following this was a building boom. Even today, this district still possesses a myriad of Thirties houses. Many look towards Merton Park’s John Innes conservation area. This is because there are houses designed by Henry Goodall Quartermain. The conservation area is south of Kingston Road and north of Morden Station.

Morden stands as the Northern Line Tube’s most southerly station. Train stations exist at St Helier, Morden South, South Merton, and Wimbledon Chase. These are on the Thameslink Wimbledon loop line. It takes 38 minutes if you get a direct train from South Merton to Blackfriars. You need to change trains at Wimbledon to reach Waterloo. The journey is about 30 minutes.
