A brand new park and homes for Hillingdon

The redevelopment of RAF Uxbridge is one of the most interesting projects in the whole of London. Ultimately the project will create up to 1,300 homes, a new primary school, and a brand new park. St Andrew’s Park became the largest new open public space in the capital in March when it was handed over to the local council. Redeveloping St George’s Hospital in Havering

At the start of March 2018 NHS Property sold the former St George’s Hospital site in Hornchurch, Havering for £40million. The land covers an impressive 11.7 hectares and already has planning permission in place for 290 new homes. House builder Bellway completed the purchase and is proposing building up to 279 homes. A 1.6 hectare piece of the site has been retained by the NHS and could become a new health centre. Continue reading

New plans submitted for North Acton perfume factory redevelopment

The former Elizabeth Arden perfume factory in North Acton, Ealing could still become new homes. The site is owned by developer Essential Living. Their original plan for the site was rejected in February following concerns by councillors about the density. The proposal was for three residential towers, the largest of which would have been 25 storeys. Continue reading

The redevelopment of the Nestle building is one of the biggest projects in Croydon town centre. The plan will create hundreds of new flats in three residential buildings, retail shops, and a public square. An artist’s impression of the new towers shows them towering over the area.
