Three elements

Sutton Point will have three distinct elements. The first is the 11 storey East Tower that will be home to 180 flats for private rental. The second is the largest at 22 storeys. Central Tower will house 332 apartments and penthouses ranging in size from one to three bedrooms. West Tower is slightly smaller at 20 storeys. It will be mixed use, featuring 59 serviced apartments, a hotel, a health and fitness centre, as well as office and retail space.

Minimising disruption

One of the biggest challenges with the project is the close proximity to the railway. As a result great care was necessary to ensure that vibrations from demolition and construction do not affect the safety of the tracks. Consequently, it was necessary to install movement sensors.

The potential of Sutton Point is fantastic. It will create new homes for different types of tenant as well as business opportunities. In addition it will revitalise part of the town that was in desperate need of regeneration.
