Supporting vulnerable young people

As the leading specialist in lettings, sales and council leasing in Hammersmith and Fulham and the rest of London, we pride ourselves on being able to deliver a wide array of services. We don’t just focus on the private sector or private individuals, but on the public sector as well. We can offer services developed specifically for the care and support of vulnerable individuals.

We work with young people aged 16 and over who are leaving care, have drug and alcohol issues, have been affected by gang violence, have been released from a Young Offender’s Institute, have experienced physical and psychological trauma, or have any other type of emotional, social and behavioural issues. We do all we can to provide these young people with suitable accommodation after drawing up a Pathway Plan with them, helping them to take positive steps forward in their lives.

For those aged 18 and over, we provide reliable and secure residential help with advisory services to help disadvantaged youth as they transition towards adulthood. We will do all that we can to ensure that they can take advantage of as many local amenities as possible to support them and help them during this time. We also offer flexible support packages depending on the problems that the client is facing when they arrive in one of our properties.

We will provide careful monitoring and ensure that the inhabitants are taking care of themselves effectively, offering help and advice to local authorities, housing associations and private organisations alike. Through our vast network of contacts and housing supply channels, our lettings agent can find a huge number of properties, including self-contained, shared and stand-alone properties, for these vulnerable individuals to benefit from.
