Support for vulnerable young people

In areas of the UK such as the London boroughs of Barking and Dagenham, Islington and Tower Hamlets, child poverty is a growing concern which can lead to many other issues, including young people getting involved in gangs or turning to crime. In order to aid this problem, we have developed care and support services specifically for vulnerable and disadvantaged young people, particularly those who are leaving care.

It is important that these young people can have access to safe, high quality housing, and we are dedicated to ensuring that they can find the right homes to begin their new life. We draw up a pathway plan with the young person and perform a risk assessment to ensure that they are suitable to be accommodated. The plan drawn up includes information in relation to housing, education, health and independent living skills, among many other factors.

We offer care and support in combination with property management to ensure that the disadvantage youth of our country get as much help as possible to help them begin living a good life. Every person we work with is treated as an individual and we are attentive to the needs of all our clients so we can fulfil their requirements in the most suitable way possible.

As with all our property services, we strive for nothing less than the best and aim to give all the help and support we can to young people in need of high quality housing. We also specialise in property, estate and block management in Harrow and throughout the rest of London, providing a wide and diverse range of services to suit the needs of all landlords and tenants. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you wish to learn more about our support services for young people, would like us to manage your property portfolio, or require any other kind of help from our knowledgeable property team.
