Limited time offer for any new landlords leasing a property with Finefair for the first time.
£1000 incentive will be paid in arrears, together, with the first pro-rata rental payment due
Offer not valid for any subsequent properties let thereafter
Offer not valid for existing customers
Offer is not applicable when leasing a studio flat, one bedroom, five bedroom or HMO properties.
Offer is valid for 2 Bedroom, 3 Bedroom and 4 Bedroom Properties only.
Offer valid when signing a minimum three (3) year term.
Leaflet must be presented to our Lettings Officer on first viewing.
Offer ends on 25/09/2025. For properties to qualify, the contract start date must be prior to the 25/09/2025.
Any properties let after 25/09/2025 will not qualify for the £1000 incentive.
