At Finefair Consultancy we believe that every individual has a choice and that all of our residents should be supported in their temporary accommodation from where they can build a more settled and prosperous life for themselves and their children.
We recognise the needs and rights of our residents and try to deliver the highest level of care whilst you are living at our accommodation.
Here are some of the things we promise to do for you as a resident in our property:
- respect the need for privacy and protect your confidentiality
- respond to problems and complaints within a 24-hour period
- provide well-maintained facilities with particular attention to health and hygiene and an efficient, friendly service to all our tenants
- conduct our services with consideration for the ethnic origin, cultural background, religion and language of every individual (you can see our Equal Opportunities Policy here)
We are committed to the protection and well being of children and will not tolerate child abuse of any form.
What we expect from you
We expect all our residents to respect and maintain our accommodation. Here are some of the things we expect from you:
- rooms should be kept tidy, clean and clear of waste
- gardens should be kept tidy and clear of rubbish
- bathrooms, toilets and communal areas should be kept clean and tidy at all times
- you are advised to test all smoke/fire alarms weekly
- all fire doors should be kept shut at all times and should not be obstructed
- power sockets must be used appropriately and not overloaded - only use one plug per socket
- cooking should never be left unattended
- respect and good conduct is expected towards neighbours at all times
- be considerate to neighbours with regard to noise levels, particularly when listening to music or watching TV
- visitors are now allowed into the property if you are not there
- all visitors are expected to respect and adhere to these guidelines
- no drugs are to be kept or consumed on the premises (unless prescribed by a Doctor)
- no weapons (of any description) are to be kept on the premises
- we do not accept discrimination towards anyone due to their race, sex, religion, sexual orientation or employment status.
