At Finefair Consultancy we aim to give the highest levels of customer service to everyone we deal with. We consider ourselves to be a professional organisation providing an excellent service and we want to continue to improve how we carry out our business.

Our Customer Service Policy outlines how we intend to achieve this and what you can expect from us.

We accept that at times we don’t always get things right first time and so we want to make it as simple as possible for people to complain and let us know how we could do things better. Here is a copy of our Complaints Procedure. This explains how we deal with complaints and how we try and resolve problems.

Of course, it’s also great for us to know when we’re doing well and that we’re providing services that people want in the way they want.
