At Finefair Consultancy we have a Vision that by 2012 we will be the best provider of quality accommodation and support services to disadvantaged groups in London and the UK, combining care and comfort for a better future.
We know that to achieve this we have to work hard, but we believe in aiming high and striving for something in which we really believe.
To achieve our Vision we will have to:
- form long partnerships with our clients exceeding expectations at all times
- maintain and increase our portfolio of various properties offering our clients and residents greater choice and flexibility
- provide our service at the most competitive rates whilst not compromising on service
- anticipate the varying needs of our residents and provide solutions to ensure their needs are met
- develop further schemes in partnership with our clients for the provision of public sector short term and long term accommodation for a variety of resident groups
- extend our provision of care and personal support services.

- We understand the pressures that local authorities face in providing quality accommodation at the most competitive rates without compromising on quality. We believe that working in partnership leads to a clearer understanding of how the best service can be delivered in local circumstances.

- We understand the legal framework surrounding the provision of accommodation and ensure that all of our properties meet the relevant standards. When there are repair, maintenance and management issues to deal with we do this promptly and efficiently.
