Current Services
At Finefair Consultancy we believe in setting and achieving high standards in both our properties and in our service delivery. We aim to provide services that make us stand out from the crowd.
Our excellent working relationships with Client organisations have enabled us to grow expertise in the provision and management of a variety of accommodation types, including:
- Nightly lets
- Private licence agreements
- Leasing schemes
- Bed & breakfasts (B&B) arrangements and Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs)
- Specialist care services
Nightly lets
We provide individual flats and houses on a nightly basis. Approximately one in four properties provided through the scheme is a new build. The scheme provides a stepping stone to an independent home for residents who are either leaving care or are currently in B&Bs and HMOs.
Placements vary in duration - usually six to twelve months.
Daily room charges vary based on the size of the property and include a breakfast allowance and all amenity costs. A full care and maintenance package is provided including a 24-hour emergency call out service with a dedicated property manager.
Private licence agreements
We provide properties on a six month lease charging a monthly rent payment and an additional weekly management fee.
This scheme provides a more stable and longer term solution for homeless people, those leaving care, B&B or nightly let accommodation.
Charges for amenities are payable by the resident, providing a higher level of independence in creating their own home environment.
Leasing schemes
We provide properties on a three or five year lease charging a monthly rent payment and an additional weekly management fee.
This scheme provides a longer term solution for homeless people, ensuring a home for a minimum three year period.
Charges for amenities are payable by the resident, providing a higher level of independence in creating their own home.
This option also ensures a more stable family environment enabling children to settle in one area and one school for a longer period.
B&Bs and HMOs
We provide individual rooms on a nightly basis with a minimum of one shared kitchen and bathroom between five residents.
This option provides a short term solution for immediate or emergency placements. Room charges include a breakfast allowance and all amenity costs.
On site care services (e.g. Residential Social Workers) are also provided where requested.
Specialist care services
We understand that some of our residents may require specialist services and so we have developed close ties with recruitment agencies with expertise in providing public sector health and care staff.
We can provide the following additional services:
- Provision of permanent or temporary Social Care Staff (all social workers are state registered and accredited by the British Association of Social Workers).
- Resident care reports provided by on-site or visiting Social Workers.
A Tailored Service
We can tailor our service to meet a Client’s specific needs, but here are some examples of what we will provide.
- Flexibility of choice of property availability. New property listings on a daily basis. (Also available every day 24 hours on our website and dedicated bookings and support line).
- Emergency services manager available on a 24-hour basis to attend to any emergences or queries you may have.
- Bookings service available 24 hours.
- Void property turnarounds within 72 hours.
- Register of residents occupying all properties - completed on a daily basis.
- Working with clients to eliminate any fraud and abuse of the temporary accommodation service.
- Transport for every resident to each placement.
- Welcome packs for all our residents (including a list of local doctors, amenities, schools, leisure facilities etc.)
- Translation service provided if requested.
- All furniture and furnishings to relevant legal standards.
- 24 hour Tenant Helpline.
- Managers available on a 24-hour basis providing an out of office hours service.
- Complaints dealt with within 24-hours or a refund for the day of complaint will be reimbursed dependant on the nature of the problem/complaint.
